The 5pm Group Class Description

5 person Max, Small group Training

Small group Care:  I like to keep groups small so the clients can get real attention in a group format.  Most gyms will pack 30,40, 100 people in a group, and you'll be left to flail around on your own for most the time. The trainers are more like cheerleaders, without a real emphasis on using the best form, or using efficient movement.


Get Fit : This training compromises typically full body style workouts based to build up cardio endurance, muscle strength, core strength, muscle toning and fat loss.


Form : Everyone moves different , so I help explain what the move is designed to do and what issues your body is perhaps running into.


Combining full body strength and cardio workouts has been shown to help maximize fat calorie burn, and also prevent overuse injuries.
